The Hellenic Competition Commission, in plenary session, cleared by majority, pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, the concentration which concerns the acquisition of 70.38%of the shares of YGEIA S.A. by HELLENIC HEALTHCARE S.A.R.L., granting the latter sole control over the former. The Commission decided that the concentration in question, although falling within the scope of Article 6(1) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, does not raise any serious doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant market. |
