Summary of Decision

With this Decision, the Hellenic Competition Commission, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 par. 2, point ie) of L. 3959/2011, quantified the criteria for prioritization of cases and strategic objectives under a scoring system. The Scoring System aims at the more effective management of pending cases (complaints and ex-officio investigations), based on objective criteria and it seeks to further improve the prioritization process, based on criteria that have been defined by the HCC in its Decision no. 525/VΙ/2011.
