Operative part of the Decision

The Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) unanimously approves,  pursuant to Article 8 (3) of Law 3959/2011, the notified concentration as the proposed transaction, although falling within the scope of article 6(1) of the Greek Law 3959/2011, does not raise serious concerns as to its compatibility with competition rules in the individual markets concerned.

Summary of Decision

According to the Decision, the proposed transaction is not expected to bring about any changes in the structure of the relevant markets concerned, as it will not eliminate any significant and active competitive pressure and, consequently, it is deemed that it will not affect the level of competition in these markets.
