The HCC informs the public that after the new measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to the circular ΔΙΔΑΔ/Φ.69/133/οικ.20764/7-11-2020 of the Ministry of Interior, it may arrange for a meetingin its offices, only after appointment.
It would also like to remind to the public that since October 12, new Digital Services have been launched and are provided through the website www.epant.gr to businesses, public bodies and citizens, in the context of HCC’s investment in innovation and its digital upgrade.
We therefore invite the public, especially during this difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic, to prefer to hold a teleconference with officials of the Hellenic Competition Commission, as well as to conduct digitally all the following procedural issues of HCC competence, without the need for physical presence and / or telephone conversations:
- submitting a complaint,
- notifying a concentration,
- submitting an application for a derogation,
- submitting a proposal for undertaking commitments,
- intervening in a case as a third party,
- submitting a request (from public bodies) / a request for an opinion on free competition issues, electronic notification of payment of fees and
- submission of general questions
