The Academy of European Law* (ERA), in partnership with the Hellenic Competition Commission, is organising a seminar on "Practical Challenges in the Assessment of Vertical restraints" that will be held on May 16 and 17, 2024, at the premises of Nomiki Bibliothiki, in the center of Athens.
This seminar is aimed at providing a thorough update for competition law practitioners on the recent developments in the application of Article 101 TFEU to vertical agreements. Participants will be able to discuss the practical challenges in the assessment of vertical restraints and deepen their knowledge through workshop exercises and case studies.
Representatives of the HCC will be speaking and attending the conference.
